Our baby is the size of a blueberry!
This week I have made a conscious effort to workout. I actually went running for the first time tonight since being pregnant. I only went 2 miles, and I'm sure my time wasn't anything to brag about, but it felt great to get out there. I think staying healthy (and gaining a healthy amount of weight) is a concern for all pregnant women. There are so many benefits to working out while pregnant, which is why I'm going to try very hard to remain active throughout pregnancy.
